How to order an item from Sunadish
If you’ve found something that you would like to buy the first step is to let us know!

We want you to know exactly what the item you are interested in is all about.
We’ll be happy to provide more information about the item, and if you would like to
see more detailed photos, we’ll be happy to snap a few more for you. We’ll email the
detailed photos to you.
We’ll hold an item for 10 days after we get an email of inquiry from you.
How to pay
For international orders, we accept payment by Paypal and international money orders, however if you pay through Paypal, we have to charge an extra 5% paypal fee.
Shipping info
All items are shipped EMS (Japan post office) ,insured, and will normally arrive between 4 to 10 business days depending on how far you are from Japan.
Shipping prices are estimated, and we will inform you of the prices.
Tracking numbers can be emailed to you after we send your parcel.
Every item is carefully packaged to ensure proper protection during transit.
All international customers must be responsible for the customs regulations of their respective countries.
Return policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, sometimes occurs a customer may wish to return an item purchased from us.
Basically, all sales are final. We do not take returns from international customers unless the item delivered is not the correct item that you have ordered. If you were to get an item different from what you have ordered, please email us immediately.
